Plans for BluHorizon’s climate friendly blue ammonia plant include a production capability of 1,750,000 metric tons of blue ammonia annually, using natural gas as a feedstock. The plant will feature the latest production technology, carbon capture processes, on-site storage and marine loading terminal.

BluHorizon expects to create nearly 1300 local area jobs during the construction phase and approximately 100 full time direct hire positions when production begins
